The Gentilly Corner property is a mixed use commercial and residential apartment building located on the corner of Wire Road and Webster road.We currently have 5 residential apartments in this building as well as 13 commercial spaces. Some of our commercial tenants include Fat Daddy’s Bar, Wire Nutrition and High 5 Fitness.

Gentilly II

Our closest mobile home park to campus is Gentilly II. This park features quiet, spacious shaded lots directly off of Wire Road. This park offers two apartment buildings at the front of the park including 8 total residential units.

Saddlebrook Park

Escape to country living at our Saddlebrook Park located 3 miles from campus on Wire Road. Saddlebrook Park has some of the largest lots offered of any mobile home park in our area. This gives residents extra space to relax, plant a garden and more!

S&B Investment Corporation built and managed four mobile home parks in Auburn; Gentilly Park I, Gentilly Park II, Saddlebrook Park and Sandollar Farm. We currently manage and operate two mobile home parks, Saddlebrook Park and Gentilly II, as well as a range of commercial and residential apartments in the Auburn and Opelika area.
